Shipping Policy FOR DECKS
Order Processing (Manufacturing Time): All products are made to order. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be manufactured and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery: Once your order has been fulfilled, standard UPS Ground shipping takes 2–5 business days to arrive, depending on your location within the United States.
Estimated Total Delivery Time:
- Manufacturing: 3 business days
- UPS Ground Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Total: Approximately 5–8 business days from order date
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled as long as the board has not entered production. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please note: Skateboard decks and apparel items are fulfilled separately and may ship in different packages, arriving at different times. You may receive multiple shipments for a single order — this is completely normal.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order contains both apparel and a deck, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
